1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your CRM service subscription within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Requests must be submitted via email at support@inigoservices.in.
  • One-time setup fees and custom development charges are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel within the allowed period, your account will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the CRM service does not function as promised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
